This beautiful diamond shaped boulder opal is reminiscent of the Gulf of Carpenteria in northern Queensland as seen from the air. During the monsoon the coastline becomes blurred as wide flooded plains blend with the land's edge creating a tan and blue mosaic as the muddy waters find the lowest point to the sea.
